We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Return request must be made within 7 days

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return Request

Log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Request Return". You can also contact our support team.

Approval & Pickup

Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup or provide return shipping instructions. For defective items, pickup is free.

Quality Check

We'll inspect the returned item to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.

Refund Processed

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. UPI/card refunds take 5-7 days, bank transfers may take up to 10 days.

Return Shipping Charges

Returns due to defects or wrong items: FREE. Change of mind returns: Rs. 99 deducted from refund.

Exchange Option

Prefer an exchange? We can replace your item with a different size, color, or product of equal value.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund
  • After 2 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed
  • Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
