• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• International shipping may incur customs duties (buyer's responsibility)

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Certain items (customized, perishable) are non-returnable
