Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your personal data, you can:

• Send an Email

  Email us at privacy@vastucart.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

• Include Required Information

  Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, and any order numbers if applicable.

Upon receiving your valid request, we will delete:

• Your account profile information
• Contact details (email, phone, addresses)
• Shopping preferences and wishlist
• Review and rating history
• Marketing and communication preferences
• Any data collected through Facebook/Meta integration

Certain data may be retained for legal and business purposes:

• Order Records: Transaction history for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years as required by law)
• Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with legal requests or regulatory requirements
• Anonymized Data: Aggregate, non-identifiable data for analytics purposes

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, your data deletion request will also remove:

• Facebook profile information stored in our system
• Any Facebook-connected preferences
• OAuth tokens and authentication data

You can also manage your connected apps directly in your Facebook Settings.

If you made a purchase from a store powered by VastuCart:

• The store owner is the Data Controller for your purchase data
• Contact the store directly for deletion requests related to their store
• VastuCart (the platform) acts as a Data Processor on behalf of store owners
